Terms & Conditions:
1) Systems Practice Pty. Ltd. will provide support and assistance on any queries relating to the day to day use of the specified software packages.
2) In each instance it will be at the discretion of Systems Practice personnel to decide whether Telephone, Remote (modem) or On Site support is required.
3) Support provided under this agreement will be limited to the specified software packages.
4) New versions, updates and fixes released by the specified software packages will be carried out and installed at the current On Site rate.
1) Periodic Charge.
The agreement will remain in force for the specified period. Thereafter the agreement can be renewed upon payment of the full support agreement fee, current at the time.
2) Telephone Assistance.
Telephone Support is provided under this agreement at no additional charge.
3) On Site and Remote Support.
On Site work and Remote (modem) support covering assistance with systems, modifications and training are provided under this agreement at the On Site rate and all work is charged in 15 minute blocks.
For On Site work, the hours logged will also include 1 hour travel for each visit within the Sydney metropolitan area. All other areas, travelling and accommodation expenses will be charged.
